Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We always aim to get your products to you quickly and smoothly. Below, you’ll find easy-to-understand information about our delivery process, charges, and estimated delivery times.

How Your Product is Delivered

Our delivery process goes through a few simple steps:

  1. After Receiving Your Order: As soon as you place an order, our system processes it and your items undergo a thorough inspection. We make sure every product is in perfect condition before it leaves our facility.

  2. Packaging: Once the quality check is complete, we carefully pack your products. We typically use cardboard boxes and/or shopping bags, with your invoice securely placed inside. Each individual product is wrapped to prevent damage, and fragile items like bottles are extra-secured with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely.

  3. Handover to Delivery Partner: After packaging, your order is handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  4. Reaching You: Our delivery partners will try their best to reach your provided address as quickly as possible.

  5. In Case of Contact Needed: If, for any reason, they are unable to reach your address or the delivery time isn’t convenient for you, they will contact you directly via phone to resolve the issue and arrange a suitable delivery time. If there’s a significant delay due to unforeseen major circumstances (like natural disasters or other unavoidable issues), our customer service team will reach out to inform you.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Your delivery cost will depend on your location within Dhaka and Bangladesh:

  • Inside Dhaka (City Corporation Area): 60 BDT

  • Sub Dhaka (Within Dhaka District, but outside City Corporation Area): 80 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka (Other Districts): 100 BDT

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

We generally aim to deliver your orders within these estimated times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

  • Sub Dhaka: 1-2 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

Important Note on Delays: These delivery times are estimates. While we always strive for timely delivery, there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as political situations, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unavoidable problems. If such a situation arises, we will definitely inform you.

আমাদের সাথে কেনাকাটা করার জন্য আপনাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ! আমরা সবসময় চাই আপনার কাছে পণ্যটা যেন দ্রুত আর মসৃণভাবে পৌঁছে যায়। আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়াটা কেমন, খরচ কেমন, আর কতদিন লাগতে পারে—সেই সব জরুরি তথ্য নিচে সহজ করে দেওয়া হলো।

আপনার পণ্য কীভাবে ডেলিভারি হয়?

আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়াটা কয়েকটা ধাপের মধ্যে দিয়ে যায়:

  1. অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর: যখন আপনি অর্ডার দেন, আমাদের সিস্টেম সেটা পাওয়ার সাথে সাথেই আপনার পণ্যগুলো ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে নেয়। আমরা নিশ্চিত করি যেন প্রতিটি পণ্য একদম নিখুঁত অবস্থায় আপনার কাছে পৌঁছায়।

  2. প্যাকেজিং: কোয়ালিটি চেক হয়ে গেলে, আমরা আপনার পণ্যগুলো খুব যত্ন করে প্যাক করি। সাধারণত কার্ডবোর্ডের বাক্স বা শপিং ব্যাগ ব্যবহার করা হয় এবং আপনার ইনভয়েসটা এর ভেতরেই রাখা হয়। প্রতিটি আলাদা পণ্য ভালোভাবে মোড়ানো থাকে, আর বোতলের মতো ভঙ্গুর জিনিসগুলোর জন্য আমরা অতিরিক্ত বাবল র‍্যাপ ব্যবহার করি যাতে কোনোভাবেই ভেঙে না যায়।

  3. ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর: প্যাকেজিং শেষ হলে, আপনার অর্ডারটি আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।

  4. আপনার কাছে পৌঁছানো: আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনাররা দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করেন।

  5. যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে: যদি কোনো কারণে তারা আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারেন বা ডেলিভারির সময়টা আপনার জন্য সুবিধাজনক না হয়, তাহলে তারা আপনার সাথে সরাসরি ফোনে যোগাযোগ করে সমস্যাটা সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবেন। আর প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্য কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত বড় কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বেশি দেরি হলে, আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমই আপনাকে ফোন করে জানিয়ে দেবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?

আপনার ডেলিভারির খরচ নির্ভর করবে আপনি ঢাকার কোথায় আছেন তার ওপর:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে (সিটি কর্পোরেশন এলাকা): ৬০ টাকা

  • সাব ঢাকা (ঢাকা জেলার মধ্যে, কিন্তু সিটি কর্পোরেশনের বাইরে): ৮০ টাকা

  • ঢাকার বাইরে (অন্যান্য জেলা): ১০০ টাকা

কতদিনে হাতে পাবেন?

আমরা সাধারণত এই সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২-৩ কার্যদিবস

  • সাব ঢাকা: ১-২ কার্যদিবস

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ২-৩ কার্যদিবস

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য: ডেলিভারির এই সময়গুলো আনুমানিক। অনেক সময় রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাস্তাঘাটের সমস্যা বা অন্য কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে ডেলিভারিতে একটু দেরি হতে পারে। এমনটা হলে, আমরা অবশ্যই আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেব।
